The following information is required to be considered for employment with Winona-Montgomery Consolidated School District:

  • Online Application

  • Mississippi License if applicable for the position

  • Transcripts, Diplomas, Praxis Scores, WorkKeys Scores if applicable. Note- An ACT WorkKeys Silver designation is required by Winona-Montgomery Consolidated School District for Instructional Assistants. The link for more information can be found HERE

  • Three completed reference forms from previous supervisors. If you are a first-year teacher, you may elect to use professors, student teaching supervisors, and/or cooperating teachers. 

  • Criminal Background Reference Check. This is completed at the WMCSD Business Office prior to being formally recommended for a position. The candidate will receive information from the direct supervisor of the position in which he/she is applying.

  • Substitute Teachers must be at least 20 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED. 

  • Bus Drivers must have a valid Mississippi Driver's License.
