Prerequisites:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be twenty five years of age or older

• Have access to the internet in the event the class has to go virtual

Application:

• Must provide copy of Social Security card & Current Driver's License

• Must provide a copy of High School Diploma or GED

• Must provide proof of TWO STEP TB skin test within the last twelve months or a doctor's statement giving the reason why you can not take the skin test.

Class Begins:

• Class Start Dates will be announced as available (September and Late January are the usual start times) Download the current APP Above for the next Scheduled Start Date

• The first class meeting will take place in the Wolfe Lab located next to the Health Science classroom.

• All students will finish registration paperwork and be fingerprinted.(A felony conviction automatically excludes you from enrollment.)

• Class will be from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Monday & Thursday.

• Clinical will be held on Saturday and Sunday to be determined later.

Cost of Program:

• The program is currently being sponsored by the Crossroads SNA.

Required Supplies:

• Watch with a second hand

• At least one NAVY blue scrub suit(must be worn to class and to clinical)

Instructional Time:

• 80 Hours Classroom CNA Instruction

• 4.5 Hours Classroom CPR Instruction

• 16 Hours Clinical
