Greetings to the wonderful families of Winona Montgomery Consolidated School District.

My name is Terry Peeples, and it is an exceptional pleasure to serve the children, parents, stakeholders, and the community members of this district.

I am entering my 10th year as an educator. I received my bachelor’s degree from The University of Mississippi. After receiving my bachelor’s degree, I obtained my Master’s and Specialist degree from Arkansas State University. Currently, I am entering my last year of Doctoral School at The University of Mississippi.

Over the course of my educational career, I have worked as a math teacher, inclusion teacher, district math curriculum coordinator, assistant principal, and now serving as the principal of Winona Secondary School. In all the various roles which I have served, the number one goal of STUDENT ACHIEVMENT remains the same. Everything we do here at Winona Secondary School is centered around student achievement.

I believe strongly that it takes pouring into the youth to keep a continuous cycle of a strong community. Winona Montgomery Consolidated School District belongs to a great and strong community.

My leadership team, faculty, and staff will do our part when it comes to our students growing academically, socially, and emotionally. Safety and Top Tier 1 instruction are a couple of the core values we practice daily at Winona Secondary School to ensure student achievement always takes place. Parental and Community Involvement is always welcomed in our building at Winona Secondary School.

The BEST students deserve the BEST education. It is without doubt we have the BEST of both at Winona Secondary School. I invite you all to get involved in this World Class Education we are providing for our students. This is indeed the home of growing and roaring TIGERS!!!!!!
