Dear P-EBT recipients,
Through district and client inquiries we have been made aware that eligible children in five public school districts have not yet received P-EBT cards. This was the result of a data processing error by our contractor. We are working with our card processing vendor to have those cards issued immediately. Parents of eligible children in the five school districts listed below should expect to receive a P-EBT card in the mail within the next 7-10 days.
- Perry County School District
- Richton School District
- Senatobia Municipal School District
- Simpson County School District
- Winona-Montgomery Consolidated School District
Parents in these districts do not need to call the P-EBT Hotline or their district. Our card processing vendor is issuing cards for eligible children in these districts and cards will be received in 7-10 days.
We appreciate districts and clients bringing this issue to our attention so that it could be corrected. We apologize for the confusion and concern that this caused for families and school and district staff.
